A table made of pallets is not only simple to make, but you don’t need any special manual skills to make it. Therefore, almost everyone who has a bit of willpower, a few pallets, paint, and accessories with which they want to decorate their table can handle this task.

Where to find pallets?

If you haven’t had any furniture or paving stones delivered at the moment, you can get pallets from storehouses of various stores, wholesale stores, or pallet pools. Their purchase costs around 20-30 PLN, which is quite attractive price, because you will get attractive furniture from them. You can get one or more pallets. It all depends on how big you want your table.

How to make a pallet table?

To make this piece of furniture you will need:

  • A pallet
  • Coarse and fine-grained sandpaper
  • Acrylic paint
  • Brush
  • Wheels
  • Several screws
  • Drill/driver


Scrape the pallet with coarse paper, then paint the whole thing with paint. When dry, wipe the whole thing with fine-grained paper and apply a second coat of paint. When dry, use a screwdriver or a drill with adjustable speed to screw on the wheels. done!

This is the basic execution of the table, but there are many variations. You can screw an OSB board to it, which will serve as a top, make various patterns on it, attach decorations, cover it with fabric, add sponge and make quilting, and also screw in decorative legs. The latter will undoubtedly add a unique character to your furniture.
