Most of us associate oatmeal with a delicious and healthy breakfast. However, it turns out that they have excellent effects on our skin. Just make homemade cosmetics out of them!

Homemade cosmetics are becoming more and more popular among women. No wonder – they are natural, cheap and very effective. And besides, we can always add to them some ingredient from ourselves, so they will be tailored to our individual needs. It is worth knowing that many home cosmetics can be made using oatmeal

Oatmeal – health itself!

Oatmeal contains binders, i.e. plant-derived compounds with soothing and alleviating properties and making cell membranes more permeable. Thanks to this nutrients are better absorbed into the skin. It is also interesting that the flakes were put on the list of Food and Drug Administration. They have been recognized as a product not only medicinal, but also to promote skin regeneration

In turn, eating oatmeal provides the body with many valuable nutrients, i.a. calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron or zinc. They are also a source of dietary fiber. Eating them for breakfast is a portion of energy for the whole day. And using them in diet and cosmetics will undoubtedly have a great impact on our appearance and well-being.

Such a mask soothes irritations and moisturizes the skin
